Angela Blackledge is a senior executive in Human Resources/ Recruiting Strategist, with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the areas of Career Coaching & Recruitment as well as being a Social Media Marketing expert. Her natural motivational quality inspires openness and trust, and encourages her clients to pursue their passion, improve their communication, develop a personal brand, develop marketing and interviewing skills, and execute their job search techniques by utilize social media.
She is an award winning HR professional who created and lead her Human Resources Department to awards from Working Mother Magazines, Top 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers, in 2002 and 2003. Also, as Vice President of Human Resources, She lead her HR team in receiving Training Magazines, Top 100 Award for best companies to work in 2002, 2003 and Top 125 companies to work in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Angela Blackledge also received the Outstanding Human Resources Partnership award presented in 1999 by the Mayor of Boston Thomas Menino for her work with The Work Place, a service organization that trains individuals re-entering the work force. She was nominated for the award by Jewish Vocational Services in placing 60 Welfare-to-Work individuals in positions throughout Partners HealthCare System/ Mass General Hospital within a 30 day period.
Angela has worked with individuals and groups to motivate and inspire them to their true career path, enabling them to re-invent themselves successfully. She has coached, trained & facilitated countless numbers of managers, professionals and private individuals.

Her experience includes working with renowned hospitals, healthcare and non-profit organizations nationally and internationally. As a Senior executive in Human Resources, Angela has been involved in corporate acquisitions, setting up companies abroad, been involved in global IT outsourcing and has been a leader on strategic business change & leadership development initiatives with executives of large international businesses.
